RapidCert

Workflow

From signup to renewal: how RapidCert works

RapidCert is built around the full prequalification lifecycle, so teams can move from fragmented files and email threads to a traceable workflow.

Supplier signup and submission

Contractors/suppliers register, complete assigned evaluations, upload evidence, and understand what is due.

  • Self-registration
  • Assigned evaluation requirements
  • Evidence upload
  • Optional payment checkpoint

Assessor review and action requests

Assessors can review evidence, request changes, and keep a clearer decision history than inbox-based review allows.

  • Review status visibility
  • Actions and resubmissions
  • Comments and decision trail
  • Approval workflow

Registers and renewals

Approved contractor/supplier status stays visible to authorised users, with renewal and expiry reminder emails managed beyond the first submission.

  • Approved register
  • Read-only viewer access
  • Insurance expiry tracking
  • Automated renewal and expiry reminder emails
  • Daily admin reminder summary with delivery status
  • Ongoing compliance visibility

A workflow for each role

RapidCert is designed so contractors/suppliers, assessors, programme admins, and read-only viewers each get the access and context they need.

Contractors/suppliers know what is due

The dashboard shows assigned requirements, certification status, insurance context, action requests, and renewal information.

Assessors review in context

Evidence, answers, internal notes, assessor comments, scoring, and action requests stay connected to the evaluation.

Programme teams keep oversight

Admins can monitor dashboards, registers, email reminder delivery, insurance status, billing operations, and client-specific setup.

Common questions

Does RapidCert support contractor-paid evaluations or optional payments?

Yes. Built-in payments can be used where a programme needs a contractor-paid or programme-specific commercial step. Payments are optional and are not required for every workflow.

How do renewals and expiries work?

RapidCert tracks evaluation renewal dates and insurance expiry information, sends automated renewal and expiry reminder emails, and gives admins a daily summary of reminders sent, including delivery status.

Can contractors/suppliers self-register?

Yes. Contractors/suppliers can self-register through configured signup flows, complete assigned evaluations, upload evidence, and respond to action requests.

What does implementation look like?

Base account onboarding is usually straightforward once the operating model is agreed. The main setup effort is configuring evaluation templates, questions, evidence requirements, and any existing data, especially if those templates need to be built from scratch.
